Farming on the family's National Bicentennial farm. Raising non-GMO pastured chicken and woodlot-raised pigs. Poultry are processed on the farm in our State of CT licensed facility. Animals are raised with care and compassion in their natural environment. Vegetables are grown organically. Bringing nutrient dense and safe, clean food to the community has always been a top priority. Environmental and ecological awareness and sustainability, animal welfare, chemical-free land, honesty and transparency are highly valued to us. We are stewards of the land and animals.
