Nestled within the rolling hills of Southbury, Hidden Gem Orchard awaits those yearning for an authentic orchard experience. The orchard boasts 38 heirloom and common apple varieties along with seedless table grapes. Focusing solely on the production of high-quality fruit, Hidden Gem Orchard invites visitors to immerse themselves in the simple pleasure of picking their own apples. Hay wagon rides to and from the orchard add a touch of rustic country charm. Our farm stand sells pre-picked apples, pumpkins, winter squash, apple cider donuts and apple pies from early September until the end of November, Fridays to Sundays only. The pick your own season runs from early Sept. through the end of Oct. Please see website for additional information.
