Full Heart Farm is a small, family farm in Ledyard, CT that grows over 300 varieties of cut flowers, herbs, and vegetables. Since 2012 our produce and blooms have filled our farm stand, local restaurants, area schools, small businesses, and the families of our FarmShare Programs.
